Jean-François Cousin is a distinguished global executive and team coach who partners with senior leaders across industries to unlock their full potential. With a rich background as an executive in a Fortune 500 company, spanning roles in Asia and Europe, Jean-François brings a wealth of experience to his coaching practice.
By September 2025, he had coached over 1,900 executives and 200 executive teams, and had been invited to collaborate on location in 55 countries and 5 continents.

Along his corporate journey with Lafarge-Holcim, a Fortune 500 company, Jean-François served in senior leadership roles in Europe and Asia, was entrusted with full P&L responsibility for businesses in Asia, the piloting a post-merger culture-change, functional leadership of business teams in six Asian countries, and eventually, the global strategy for a large division -where he coached 32 Country Heads on 5 continents on their strategy and business development-.
In 2019, Jean-François was elected and served as the Chairman of the Global Board of the International Coaching Federation (‘ICF’), the world’s leading coaching organization with over 60,000 members across 142 local chapters in more than 70 countries.
As a keynote speaker and a published author, Jean-François has garnered praise from industry leaders. Marshall Goldsmith lauded his latest book, “Game Changers at the Circus: how leaders can unleash Greatness in organizations“, stating: “[This] book is full of surprises – many counterintuitive ideas that can help leaders change even the most stagnant and inflexible organizations into thriving, dynamic performers.”
